David Shaw, Principal

David graduated from Melbourne University in 1960 and was admitted to practice in 1961 after completing his articles with Home Wilkinson Lowry. David specialises in commercial and property law.

David has over 50 years of practice management experience and continues the legacy of Campbell & Shaw with a strong client focus.

David is an enthusiastic supporter of the Essendon Football Club and was President of the Club in the 1990’s.

 

 


Victoria Kogiannakis, Conveyancing Clerk and Personal Assistant to David Shaw

Victoria has been working in legal for in excess of thirty years having begun working as a legal secretary in a small Northern suburban legal firm.  She has gained experience in a variety of different legal fields throughout her working career but tended to enjoy Conveyancing.

In 2001 Victoria began working at Campbell & Shaw as a Conveyancing Clerk managing her own conveyancing files and being the office all-rounder.  She is also the Personnel Assistant to David Shaw.

Victoria is fluent in Greek and is our resident Greek interpreter.

She is terrific baker and enjoys baking whether its cupcakes, biscuits or Greek delicacies and has a love for Ford Mustangs.

Her bright bubbly personality and nature brightens up our office.


Angelina Lancuba, Senior Coneyancer

Angelina began her career as a Titles Office and Settlement Clerk with a large City legal firm and now provides extensive services in property conveyancing matters at Campbell and Shaw Lawyers.

With 40 years of experience, Angelina is well-equipped to assist you with all conveyancing matters, including understanding contracts of sale and all relevant aspects of purchasing or selling a property.  

Angelina is a licenced Conveyancer and a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives Victoria.

Angelina doesn’t follow the AFL and instead enjoys gardening. She has a terrific green thumb!    


Michael Hyde, Probate Manager

Michael was previously employed by the Public Trustees in the Northern Territory and dealt largely with estate administration and intestacy matters. Following his move back to Melbourne, Michael joined the Wills & Estates team at Campbell and Shaw Lawyers in 1999.

Michael is proficient in succession law and will support clients with all types of estate administration. He also assists clients with succession planning, such as making Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys.      

Michael loves sports. Footy, cricket, horse, and car racing – you name it! He is also a strong supporter of the Essendon Football Club.
